Electrophysiology Technician

We are seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to join our team at Maine Medical Center - Portland. As a Travel Electrophysiology Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias using advanced electrophysiology equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the performance of electrophysiology procedures, including catheter ablations and pacemaker implantations.
- Operate and maintain electrophysiology equipment, including the McKesson Hemodynamic System and GE X-Ray.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest electrophysiology techniques and technologies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrophysiology Technician.
- Current certification in RCIS and/or ARRT for Cardiovascular Technologists.
- Proficiency in McKesson Hemo and EPIC EMR systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
36 hours per week, with 36 weekend hours per week. Call requirements include 13 shifts per 13 weeks and 26 shifts per 26 weeks.
