Job Description

Micro Tech Staffing - Franklin is looking for an skilled Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing basic mechanical assembly responsibilities, including wiring, adding zip ties, and screwing down bolts. This is a production-based role that requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for 8 hours per day. Prior experience in manufacturing or a related field is preferred, but we are willing to train entry-level candidates.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:15 AM to 2:45 PM, with an hourly rate of $18.75. Candidates must be able to provide their own steel-toed shoes or hard composite toes. Basic computer skills, including logging on and off the computer and navigating through work instructions, are required. The ideal candidate will have a good attitude and aptitude to learn new things.

Requirements:
