We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in a Behavioral Health setting. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.

Job Details
  • Location: Rapid City, South Dakota
  • Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3 days/week
  • Duration: 90 Days
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients with behavioral health needs
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
