About the Role:

This position oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location, ensuring excellent guest experiences and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hiring, training, and scheduling of 20-60 coworkers
  • Food safety and quality control
  • Ordering and inventory management
  • Financial planning and budgeting (P&Ls)
  • Cleaning and stocking the store

Requirements:

  • Great people skills, ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns
  • Enjoy a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to problem-solve challenges and shift priorities quickly
  • Desire to help and mentor others
  • Maintain a clean and inviting store

Benefits:

We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated salary of $53,000.00 per year, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with all our coworkers, providing a unique benefit package that rewards hard work and dedication.

Schedule:

Assistant Store Leaders typically work 45 hours during a 5-day workweek, with overtime compensated at time-and-a-half.
