At AAMCI, we're seeking a highly skilled and organized Residential Handyman Specialist to join our property management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction for our residents.

We are looking for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and experience in performing various maintenance tasks, including painting, unit turns, and basic repairs. If you're self-motivated, reliable, and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional on-call duties required.
  • You'll work closely with the property manager to address resident concerns, perform routine inspections, and ensure all apartments are safe and well-maintained.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.
