Job Description

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist to work in a dynamic environment. As a travel Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a new setting.

Responsibilities
  • Administer treatment to patients as a licensed Occupational Therapist in accordance with the treatment plan and within established legal guidelines.
  • Educate patients, other health professionals, and family members regarding Occupational Therapy on an on-going basis.
  • Observe and evaluate patient responses during treatment; document and report findings as appropriate.
  • Follow hospital safety rules and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • One to three years' experience as a OT preferred.
  • Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills.
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
