Job Title: New Product Introduction Operations Program Manager

At Apple, we're revolutionizing industries with innovative products and services. As a New Product Introduction Operations Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in launching products on time, with high quality, and maximum customer availability.

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a leader and facilitator who can drive program/project management, communicate effectively at all levels, and thrive in an ambiguous environment. You'll collaborate with worldwide Operations and core product development teams to lead within OEM operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Ramp readiness with Engineering, Operations, and OEM teams.
  • Communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with supply chain teams.
  • Influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness in pursuit of low cost and flexibility while stewarding quality.
  • Manage communications, upward and downward through the organization; raising key issues and options for resolution with executive teams.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or product development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Results-oriented with a bias for action and a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management.
  • Ability to travel up to 25-30%.
  • Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience.
Compensation and Benefits:

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is between $151,200 and $227,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
