We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
About the RoleThe LPN will work on various shifts, including evenings and overnight hours, to ensure continuity of care and meet the needs of our patients. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be expected to:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Work collaboratively with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to discuss patient care plans and coordinate treatment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- A current license to practice as an LPN in the state where the facility is located.
- At least one year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with CPR training.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

Please note that Registry Personnel must bring a valid state or federal identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times. Agency staff must complete their primary series of COVID vaccination in order to be considered for any assignment. State-specific mandated boosters are required and must be completed when eligible. Once the assignment has started, agency staff must follow the normal testing protocol of each particular center.
