At Super Soccer Stars, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Youth Soccer Instructor to join our team of passionate coaches. In this role, you will be responsible for leading engaging soccer sessions for children aged 1 to 10, focusing on the development of essential skills through fun, structured, and non-competitive activities.

Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about youth athletics and has a strong ability to connect with children in an encouraging way. As a Youth Soccer Instructor, you will cultivate a love for soccer among kids, teaching them teamwork, fair play, and physical literacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engaging soccer sessions for children aged 1 to 10
  • Foster a positive and energetic environment that promotes healthy habits, teamwork, and fun in sports
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to different age groups and skill levels
  • Collaborate with other coaches to ensure consistency and excellence in coaching
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior coaching or teaching experience, particularly with young children
  • A background in soccer (playing or coaching) is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively and create a positive and energetic environment
  • Willingness to undergo necessary training and maintain updated certifications (CPR/First Aid)
  • Flexible availability, especially on weekends and weekday afternoons
