Job Overview

The HR Source is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team. This role will involve talent acquisition, data management, benefits administration, and maintaining confidentiality.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in talent acquisition and data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition (30%): Meet recruitment targets by successfully filling positions with qualified candidates within defined timeframes. Demonstrate effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of top talent and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Working with Colleagues (25%): Demonstrate a collaborative and service-oriented approach when working with colleagues. Actively support and assist colleagues in achieving common goals and objectives.
  • Data Management (20%): Ensure HR data accuracy and integrity by regularly auditing and updating employee records. Provide timely and accurate HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • HR Related Projects (15%): Successfully support HR-related projects by meeting project milestones and deadlines. Contribute to the development and implementation of effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining Confidentiality (5%): Demonstrates a strict commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive HR information and employee data. Adheres to all data protection regulations and company policies to safeguard confidential information.
  • Benefits Administration (5%): Effectively manage and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring employees can access comprehensive benefits information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist with talent acquisition and data management expertise.
  • Previous work experience in an educational institution or nonprofit organization.
  • Punctuality as a condition of employment. Must consistently demonstrate punctuality in daily work attendance and participate in meetings.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is highly desired.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and data protection regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented and positive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and promote a respectful work environment.
