Job Title: Executive District Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Executive District Leader to join our team at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands.

About the Role:

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the growth and performance of multiple locations and employees working to provide alternative lending solutions to customers who may not have access to, or choose not to use, traditional credit solutions.

You will help drive the success of your stores through ongoing coaching and training, analyzing and assessing growth potential of each location, and ensuring that each location is operating toward set goals and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Store Performance: Develop and implement store-specific sales goals based on Company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and clearly communicate action plans to store employees to drive performance.
  2. Track and Analyze Performance: Track, analyze, and report individual store and district performance and communicate areas of opportunity to drive growth.
  3. Maintain Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure Company cleanliness and safety standards are met by conducting visual store inspections and partnering with various departments or vendors to handle repair claims, placing a priority on the safety and security of the store and Team Members.
  4. Protect Company Assets: Protect Company assets by completing store audits with rigorous review and analysis.
  5. Enforce Compliance: Enforce a work environment that upholds compliance with Company procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations and serve as point of contact for Legal, Compliance, and Human Resources teams regarding investigations and employee relations.
  6. Verify Transactions: Verify store management audits and ensure all transactions are completed in accordance with Company policy and procedures.
  7. Provide Ongoing Coaching: Visit each store in the district during store business hours to provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to your teams.

Requirements:

  • At least six years of leadership experience and/or at least three years' experience at a District Manager/Multi-Unit level or above
  • Management of at least eight brick and mortar retail locations with at least eight direct reports
  • Ability to travel throughout your district on a daily basis
  • Very strong people management skills with the ability to instill a culture of accountability
  • Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Successful financial management experience, including profit and loss reports and budgets

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
