Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health in the San Marcos area. As a leading provider of mental health services, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters clinical excellence and patient care.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from $136,000 to $155,000 per annum, plus a sign-on bonus. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a licensed and credentialed Clinical Psychologist who is experienced in caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality clinical services to patients
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Fully licensed and credentialed in CA
