About the Job:

As a Body Shop Technician with Penske, you'll be responsible for performing diagnostic procedures and repairs on trucks and trailers. You'll work with a team of experienced technicians to ensure that our customers' vehicles are repaired to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic procedures and repairs on trucks and trailers
  • Work with a team of experienced technicians to ensure high-quality repairs
  • Use industry-leading technology and repair techniques to get our customers' vehicles back on the road
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest repair techniques and technologies
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality

Requirements:

  • 6 years of practical experience in the repair and maintenance of trucks and trailers
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Vocational or technical school preferred
  • Specialized training and experience in the repair and refinish of all series of truck and trailer required
  • Proficiency in the use of all tools of trade, including welding equipment, paint equipment, shop machines, and power tools
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Basic computer skills required
