Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Round1. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maximizing sales revenue.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail management, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industries. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of F&B operations, including forecasting, planning, and managing orders, staff, and finance. Your primary goal will be to deliver an excellent customer experience while maximizing sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all F&B operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
  • Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, verifying product quality and quantity.
  • Monitor department budgets and payroll records, reviewing financial transactions to ensure expenditures are authorized and budgeted.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
  • Maintain full knowledge of processes for serving alcohol within the premises.
  • Promote excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
  • Provide two-way communication and foster an ownership environment, emphasizing motivation and teamwork.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies.
  • Provide superior customer service and satisfaction by being visible and accessible to customers.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree and 2-3 years' experience in retail management, preferably in entertainment or hospitality.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced, dynamic work environment where noise levels can be high. The successful candidate must be able to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have high mobility/flexibility in small spaces. Standing and walking for extended periods without breaks are required during busy times. Lifting and/or moving up to 100lbs with assistance is necessary.

Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
