About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Clinical Hospice Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at one of our hospice sites, ensuring the provision of high-quality care to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the site in the absence of senior leadership, taking charge of clinical and administrative functions.
  • Oversee clinical, administrative, and recordkeeping responsibilities.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to phone referrals and inquiries from patients and families.
  • Participate in our on-call nursing schedule, providing direct skilled bedside nursing care in patients' homes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting.
  • At least one year of management or supervisory experience.
  • Two or more years' experience in hospice or home care.
  • A current license to practice nursing in the state where you'll be employed.
Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement, and PTO.
