**Job Description**
As a Sales Representative Expert, you will be responsible for assessing guest needs and providing information on product features and Wax Pass benefits. You will work to achieve company sales goals on a daily, monthly, and annual basis, and receive the tools you need to become a rockstar sales associate and maximize your income. You will also turn your passion for the beauty industry into a rewarding career with excellent growth potential.

* A passion for sales excellence through education; sales experience is strongly preferred but not required
* Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position
* Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
* Someone outgoing, self-sufficient, and motivated
* Talent for providing exceptional customer service

**Salary**
The estimated salary for this position is $15-$24 per hour, including base, commission, and bonus. This salary is based on industry standards and may vary based on location and experience.
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
* Reliable transportation to and from work
