Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive - SMB Sales. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with customers and offer them T-Mobile's unparalleled product and service line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by successfully acquiring accounts within an assigned geographic territory.
  • Sell products, services, and solutions to gain new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads and referrals.
  • Analyze customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  • Tailor customer recommendations to present and close business.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Effective presentation and closing skills.
