Job Summary:

As a Healthcare Business Development Representative at American Family Care Ladera Ranch, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in the healthcare industry. Your primary goal will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations, ultimately driving revenue growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential healthcare clients and partners through various channels, including networking, industry events, and online platforms.

Conduct outreach efforts to engage potential clients, including cold calls, emails, and social media interactions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for converting leads into clients.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to effectively position our solutions.

Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare industry.

Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including key players, trends, and challenges.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
