Production Operator

Join 3M, a global leader in innovation, and take on a challenging role as a Production Operator. In this position, you will be responsible for assembling equipment and products, maintaining inventory, and performing quality checks to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings to accurately assemble equipment and products
- Utilize hand-held tools, such as screwdrivers and drill guns, to perform tasks
- Maintain inventory of products in workstations and perform quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards
- Identify product defects and complete documentation as needed
- Rework and repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specifications
Requirements:
- Minimum six months of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work weekends, overtime, and short notice shift coverage
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
