Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Client Services Program Manager for IDD Services in Everett, WA. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate professional to lead our team in delivering person-centered care and service quality to those we serve.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients with disabilities and possess strong leadership skills, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in case management and supervisory roles. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Provide wrap-around case management and support to clients with IDD, partnering with families, guardians, and community support systems to advocate for their rights and preferences.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans that prioritize clients' goals related to health, community involvement, and personal development.
  • Supervise and train team members, ensuring timely follow-up on plans of correction and medication adherence.
  • Collaborate with the Behavior Specialist for effective data collection and analysis related to client behaviors.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and respond to audits.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
  • 2 years of experience working with clients with disabilities; 3 years of supervisory experience required.
  • Nurse's Aide Registered (NAR) certification and ability to be Nurse Delegated.
  • Certified in Crisis Prevention Institute, Right Response, or similar training.
  • Certified in CPR/First Aid.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $67,725 - $70,000 annually, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM; overtime expected.

Travel: Approximately 80% between offices, programs, and meetings; mileage reimbursed.
