Job Summary

This position will assist the physician in general and advanced endoscopy procedures with a high degree of efficiency. The ideal candidate must be proficient in basic and advanced endoscopy procedures, have direct patient care experience, and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Position and transport patients
  • Prepare procedural rooms using clean and aseptic techniques
  • Maintain supplies and materials
  • Actively participate in goals of the work unit
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Successful completion of Endoscopy Technician training program within 6 months of hire
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull pounds on a daily basis
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • SGNA certification
