Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to evidence-based practices and standards of care;
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and evaluate patient outcomes to ensure optimal health results;
  • Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to coordinate care and address concerns;
  • Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, contribute to care planning, and collaborate with other professionals to achieve patient-centered outcomes;
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring timely and effective communication among healthcare providers.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program;
  • Current Florida RN licensure or endorsement;
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and any unit-specific certifications;
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a similar role.
