Supporting Students with Special Needs

Zen Educate is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Special Education Support Professional. As a key member of our educational team, you will work closely with licensed teachers to provide academic adaptations, self-care, and social/behavioral support to students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist licensed staff in the classroom and community settings
  • Work with individuals and small groups to enhance learning experiences
  • Provide support for students in crisis and personal care under supervision
  • Utilize various learning methods to support students' needs
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children, preferably in special education
  • Preferred requirements: 60 credits, Associate's degree, or passing score on an ADE assessment

  • Competitive hourly rate: $21-$24
  • Monday to Friday schedule, no weekends
