Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Middletown Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will utilize the nursing process in the care of designated Residents, administer medications and treatments to residents, and document appropriately on assigned nursing units.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments to residents
- Document resident care and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to residents and their families
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Licensed and registered in good standing in New York State as an RN
- Experience with geriatric patients is desirable, but not required
