Adjunct Instructor Position

We are seeking qualified individuals to join our team as adjunct instructors at Denmark Technical College. As an adjunct instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach various courses and contribute to the academic success of our students.
Responsibilities- Teach courses in a variety of subjects, including CNA, PCT, Phlebotomy Tech, EKG, EMT, CPR/BLS/ALS/AED/First Aid, Medical Assisting, Medical Billing/Coding, Bookkeeping, Climbing, Welding, Culinary Arts, HVAC, Nuclear Fundamentals, Industrial Maintenance, Plumbing, Sewing, and Lineworker.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, syllabi, and assessments to ensure student learning and success.
- Provide high-quality instructional experiences to prepare students for certification/licensure or personal enrichment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the status of assigned program area(s) and industry.
- Complete administrative tasks to maintain student records, class records, and support program accreditation/recognition.
- High school diploma and five (5) years of experience in program field required.
- Additional qualifications may be applicable based on the program and/or regulatory requirements.
- Must have a current valid driver's license class D, and/or class A.
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, policies, and procedures relevant to the area of employment.
- Ability to exercise judgment and discretion.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
