About the Role

As a Master CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will be crucial in producing high-quality parts while ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture parts with accuracy and speed.
  • Program CNC machines using conversational and/or G-code programming languages.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerances.
  • Maintain oil levels, add coolant as needed, empty coolant drain pans, clean filters, and check chip conveyor operation.
  • Collaborate with foremen and manufacturing engineers to verify or change shop routers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience (vertical or horizontal) and Mazatrol programming knowledge.
  • Excellent understanding of CNC mill setup, adjustments, and changeovers.
  • Familiarity with conversational and/or G-code programming languages.
  • Ability to work with micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring devices.
  • Good job tenure and strong communication skills.
