About the Role

The Training and Integration Specialist will play a vital role in crafting, creating, and delivering training sessions centered around Epic software. Focusing on Cadence (scheduling and registration) and Tapestry (Referrals), this individual will be responsible for instructing new employees, providing training enhancements, disseminating updates, managing the Epic training setup, and assisting with the integration of Point of Sale with Chase InstaMed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a Comprehensive Training Plan: Create an effective plan to educate end-users on Epic software functionalities.
  • Credential New Instructors: Validate and certify new instructors to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Provide Classroom Training: Deliver high-quality training sessions to end-users, focusing on Cadence and Tapestry.
  • Log Class Completion: Record class attendance and completion in HealthLearning.
  • Address End-User Queries: Respond to staff questions about workflows and functionality.
  • Maintain the Training Environment: Ensure the training environment is up-to-date, well-maintained, and accessible.
  • Communicate with End-Users: Send monthly communications to end-users regarding important updates and information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have experience working with Epic's Cadence application and referrals for large health systems with multiple clinics and specialties.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000, depending on location and qualifications. The Christmas Lumber Company, Inc. offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
