About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Multifamily Maintenance Professional to join our team at Northwood Ravin, LLC. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of excellence in multifamily properties.

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for preparing vacant apartments for move-in, completing service requests in a timely and thorough manner, and participating in preventative maintenance programs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ year of experience in the multifamily industry or related field, along with HVAC certification. Additionally, they must be able to work independently and as part of a team, possess good communication skills, and be available to work 40 hours per week and on call hours.

About the Job

This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Maintain curb appeal by keeping grounds and common areas free of trash, debris, and pet waste throughout the day.
  • Prepare vacant apartments for move-in by making repairs and replacements as needed.
  • Complete service requests in a timely and thorough manner, considering budgetary constraints.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency situations.

A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year is offered, commensurate with experience. Benefits include yearly bonus programs, tenure recognition, and continuing education opportunities.
