About the Role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our National Branch Network team. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing a diverse team of direct and indirect reports, creating a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment and accountability to business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a highly defined customer engagement process, coaching to specific behaviors that lead to an enhanced customer experience and drive growth in the business.
  • Drive accountability for operational excellence, executing policies and procedures in alignment with applicable regulations, and managing the allocation of people and financial resources for the branch.
  • Coach, develop, and build a high-performing team to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business.
  • Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding the customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the team and the business to meet Branch Network business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports.
  • Ability to build and inspire a team where adaptability, collaboration, and accountability to performance are critical to success.
  • Ability to analyze performance, understand strengths and opportunities, and execute a plan that empowers employees to achieve business objectives.
