Position Overview:

We seek an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time in-clinic role. This position involves working directly with clients at our facility, focusing on developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.">
  • Conduct assessments and data analysis to track client progress.">
  • Provide supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members.">
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure cohesive care.">
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.">
  • Stay current with ABA research and best practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.">

Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.">
  • Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).">
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA programs.">
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.">
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.">
  • Experience with diverse client populations is a plus.">
