Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Little Elm, TX.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Job Responsibilities

As an SLPA at Soliant, you will collaborate with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to execute treatment plans and interventions aimed at addressing speech, language, and communication goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the assessment and evaluation process to acquire pertinent information about students' speech and language capabilities.
  • Administering individual or group therapy sessions under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) from a recognized certifying organization.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with communication disorders is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
