The ideal candidate will have a current license as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.

Job Description

This full-time position involves working 30 hours per week in a rehabilitation center or skilled nursing facility, providing comprehensive speech therapy services to patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide seamless care.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' needs and goals.
  • Provide therapy sessions, adapting interventions to meet patients' unique requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate progress to patients and families.
