About the Role

As a Physical Therapist PRN with Methodist Health System, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, highly technical environment where you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care. Your primary responsibility will be to render professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients, utilizing the Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules process (evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning).

Responsibilities
  • Communicate clearly and openly with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Build and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members to promote a collaborative environment.
  • Be accountable for your performance and the quality of care provided.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the patient experience, patient outcomes, and the overall quality of care.
  • Take initiative for your professional growth and development.
