Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Teller/MSR I to join our team. As a key member of our branch staff, you'll be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our tellers, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of products and services to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train tellers to ensure they meet sales and service goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, aligned with our core values and mission statement
  • Process requests and transactions, and assist members with understanding and utilizing our products and services
  • Interview and assist members with completing loan applications, and prepare necessary paperwork for loan disbursement
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly audits, and balance the branch at the close of each business day
  • Responsible for daily and monthly reports, and perform teller transactions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Head Teller/Teller/MSR, with demonstrated knowledge of CU policies and procedures
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • PC proficient, including Microsoft Office and the Internet
  • Ability to function in a financial institution branch environment, and utilize standard office equipment
