IT Architecture Visionary

Segway is seeking a highly skilled IT Architecture Visionary to spearhead our enterprise architecture vision and strategy, aligning it with business goals. This role requires strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills within complex enterprise systems such as SAP S4/Hana, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, etc.

• Develop and maintain the enterprise IT architecture vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Plan, design, communicate, and manage IT projects, including tracking and leading system upgrades and replacements.
• Standardize tools and processes for agile development, estimation, and deployment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, enterprise architecture, software architecture, CRM/ERP development, and Agile practices.
• Strong understanding of sales, logistics, accounting, service, or e-commerce business knowledge and solution design experience.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
