About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our orthopedic and spine care team at our hospital in Franklin, Tennessee. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries and spinal disorders.
Job Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement evidence-based nursing practices to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently, using electronic health records systems
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in orthopedic and spine care
- BSN degree from an accredited nursing program
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Tennessee
- At least 1 year of experience in orthopedic or spine care, preferably in a hospital setting
- BLS certification, ACLS certification within 6 months, and Basic arrhythmia certification within 6 months
- Ability to work well under pressure, function independently, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Competitive salary: $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience
