Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Water Resources Development Specialist to join our team at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions. As an Account Associate/Manager, you will play a key role in providing industrial water testing and analysis services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with customers on-site to deliver high-quality water testing and analysis services.
  • Collaborate with various customers to achieve profitable sales in assigned territories.
  • Foster long-lasting relationships with diverse customers by growing new accounts, maintaining existing ones, and demonstrating the value of Veolia's products and services tailored to their unique business models.
  • Travel to customer sites to provide technical support and sales services.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Veolia's products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), Biology, or Chemistry, OR a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline plus 2 years experience in the water treatment field.
  • Familiarity with boilers/cooling towers is an asset.
  • Ability and willingness to work in diverse environments, such as industrial, manufacturing, and power industry facilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
  • Solid communication skills (both written and verbal) and sales and people skills.
  • Ability to work independently and self-start after proper training.

Salary Information:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This salary estimate is based on national averages for similar positions in the United States.
