Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $20 - $27 per hour, offering a competitive compensation package. In addition to a generous salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer match. Tax-free stipends may also be available to eligible candidates.

Job Description

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist. The successful candidate will work directly with students, utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and strategies to provide personalized support. This role involves implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or behavior specialist, collaborating with teachers and administrators to foster a positive learning environment, and collecting and analyzing data to inform intervention strategies.

This position requires a valid RBT certification, a solid understanding of ABA principles, strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
