This is an opportunity to join our Enhanced Protection Services team as a Part-Time Armed Security Operative. The role involves conducting armed and/or unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrol (interior and/or exterior), controlling access and egress, monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, composing reports, deterring criminal activity and misconduct, and providing customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by implementing site-specific policies and responding to incidents in a calm and problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around business premises and perimeters, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.
  • Intercede, escort, or assist in escorting individuals as needed, while observing and reporting suspicious behavior and materials/objects.
  • Communicate and document any irregular security-related or safety-related incidents.
Requirements:
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles, possessing a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Prior civilian or military law enforcement experience is preferred.
  • Licensing requirements may apply prior to employment.

This role comes with an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
