Client Solutions Manager

As a Client Solutions Manager, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal by educating and assisting clients in conducting transactions through self-service resources.
This position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills who can effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth.
Responsibilities- Process cash transactions for clients efficiently and accurately as needed.
- Educate clients on how to conduct simple banking transactions through self-service technologies such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATMs.
- Collaborate with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their financial priorities and connect them to relevant solutions.
- 1+ year of experience in financial services with a focus on sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to new information and technology platforms.
The estimated salary range for this position is $23.00 - $25.96 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
