Key Responsibilities- Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to maintain high standards in the restaurant.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless shift execution.
- Achieve sales and operational targets during shifts, driving departmental performance.
- Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability, taking proactive measures to optimize results.
- Manage crew schedules and encourage high-performance behaviors during shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
- Train new team members on critical job functions.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and reinforce positive behaviors within the team.
- Work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team.
- Read and write proficiently, with accurate counting and math skills.
- Hold current Food Handlers Certification.
- Understand and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Complete FRED Training learning modules and attend Leadership Transitions class.
