Operations Manager Job Summary

Sabio Systems is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee office and warehouse operations for a nationwide supplier of high-quality, environmental friendly products. The ideal candidate will have a talent for organization, communication, and operational efficiency, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all office and warehouse operations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to office and warehouse staff, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team to ensure accurate record-keeping and smooth order fulfillment.
  • Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and workflows for maximum efficiency.
  • Work closely with ownership to set performance goals and report on key metrics.
  • Ensure operational compliance and audits are completed as needed.
  • Manage budgets and analyze monthly financial reports to drive performance improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations, general management, or similar leadership roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage employees, suppliers, and customers.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively and foster collaboration.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and basic financial oversight.
  • Proficient computer skills for reporting, record-keeping, and operational tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time, starts as a Contract to Hire but they want someone who will prove themselves to be there for the long haul.
  • Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour (higher pay considered for exceptional candidates).
  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
  • Once converted, you will be eligible to participate in profit sharing, medical and other amazing benefits.
