Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

University Radiology is the largest provider of subspecialty radiology and teleradiology services in New Jersey, staffed by over 180 Board Certified radiologists with advanced U.S.-based training.

We are seeking a part-time Ultrasound Technologist for our Metuchen, NJ Imaging Office. The ideal candidate will have ARDMS registration in Abdomen, Breast, and OB/GYN, and a minimum of 2+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $65,000 to $80,000, based on national averages for ultrasound technologists in the United States.

As the academic radiology faculty at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, we provide preliminary and final subspecialty interpretations and consultative support for hospitals, imaging centers, and other medical facilities. Our physicians interpret over 2.1 million radiology procedures per year.

This Per Diem position requires working Thursday evenings from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. We offer competitive pay rates and a supportive work environment.
