About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our palliative care team at St. Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, Montana. In this role, you'll work closely with a supportive team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes
  • Prioritize work and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Participate in education and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Active Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) License in the state of Montana
  • Prescriptive Authority by the Montana State Board of Nursing or Medical Examiners and DEA License
  • Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
  • ACLS Certification within 6 months of employment
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
