About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Float Member Service Representative to join our team at Lake Michigan Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, educating them on our products and services, and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide members with personalized service, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with members, understanding their financial needs and providing solutions that meet those needs.
  • Process new accounts, loans, and other financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and provide excellent member service.
  • Participate in community events and represent LMCU in a positive and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
