Randstad USA is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Staffing Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Staffing Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling Operational Talent Solutions by identifying client prospects and building strong relationships with hiring managers. Your role entails executing sales strategies through various communication methods and negotiating pricing to ensure maximum value for quality staffing solutions.

About the Role
  • Sell Operational Talent Solutions to clients by identifying their needs and developing tailored sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions.
  • Expand our reach with a tech and personal touch approach.
Your Skills & Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of sales and business development experience.
  • Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the past.
  • Ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Prior experience working in a team-oriented and fast-paced organization.
  • Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job.
  • Possess a natural curiosity and relentless determination to make things happen - you like to WIN.
