Job Overview

Vida-Flo USA is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Hydrocare Provider. As a key member of our medical spa, you will be responsible for conducting daily IV hydration treatments and vitamin injections, providing exceptional patient care, and working closely with our Medical Director to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily client interactions, including wellness assessments, monitoring vital signs, and administering IV therapy treatments and injections.
  • Follow Medical Director's standing orders, protocols, and procedures in daily operations.
  • Comprehend medications and compound vitamins offered in our clinic, with the ability to discuss recommendations with clients based on their needs and goals.
  • Ensure strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all duties.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers, focusing on the company's core values in decision-making.
Requirements
  • Valid and current Registered Nurse License/Certificate in the state.
  • Minimum 2 years of current experience with IV and injections.
  • Reliable transportation to/from the clinic and local areas for offsite events and/or house calls.
  • Preference given to candidates with previous experience in Children's Healthcare, ER, OR, or L&D Departments.
Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and projects in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under stressful situations, including customer-facing, medical emergencies, and product/staff shortages.
  • Moderate computer skills, including knowledge of Medical Record Keeping, MacOS, Apple iOS, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs.
  • High energy, with a history and expectations of success without a fear of failure.
  • Ability to calmly and rationally communicate and handle disgruntled client complaints.
