As a Property Assistant with LHH Recruitment Solutions in SE Portland, OR, you will play a vital role in the daily management of properties.

Job Overview

This is a 2-4 month contract position with the potential for conversion to permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who can assist with daily property management tasks, including tenant communications and maintenance coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of property activities and tenant interactions.
  • Support the property management team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $22.50 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
