Kaleida Health is a leading healthcare provider in Buffalo, NY, and we are seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our team on a per diem basis. This role offers flexibility and variety, as you will be working with different departments and teams to ensure seamless operations.

About the Role

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will provide administrative coverage and support for clinical and managerial processes. You will work closely with the Administrator-on-Call to assume responsibility for all departments in the absence of a specific onsite department head or administrator.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current NYS license as a Registered Professional Nurse
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred)
  • Three years of nursing experience in a clinical setting
  • CPR competency required
  • ACLS preferred
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $38.32-$52.59 per hour, which will be determined based on factors such as your experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
