SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is around $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This competitive compensation package reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.
Job DescriptionAs a Center Medical Specialist at Grifols, you will be responsible for performing physical examinations and establishing medical histories to determine donor suitability. Your role will also involve building rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction, maintaining confidentiality, and providing education on general health and counseling on unacceptable test results.
You will work closely with donors and staff to identify potential hazards, evaluate and manage injuries and adverse events, and assist in employee training. Additionally, you will administer the Hepatitis Vaccine program and perform evaluations of any history of illness or medications to ensure continued donor suitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment and according to state requirements as an Emergency Medical Technician, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocation Nurse, or Paramedics.
- Current CPR certification required.
